How long does shipping take for a Cyrusher E-Bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Cyrusher electric bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame and electrical components, including the battery, motor, and controller.
Are the bikes difficult to assemble?
Our bikes arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and step-by-step video guides to help you finish the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Can I ride my Cyrusher E-Bike in the rain?
While our bikes are water-resistant and can handle light rain and splashes (IP65 rated), we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water to protect the sensitive electronic components.
