At Cyrusher, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your e-bike purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery provided the item is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully disassemble and repack the bike into its original shipping carton, ensuring all tools, batteries, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
